In May, 2023 Nuogao Xiongfeng Member Cup "Extreme Running in Pinnacle of Yunnan" Road Motorcycle Series Power Race was held in Kunming, Yunnan!

In this series race, the new energy racing groups were particularly eye-catching. The motorcycles equipped with Jinyuxing’s MR Motor had performed brilliantly and won a number of awards, showing Jinyuxing’s powerful strength in MR Motor to the motor-racing world!

The venue of this event was the international A-class race track——Yunnan Jiaotou Xiongfeng Race Track. There were 18 turns with different sizes. The track twisted and turned, and there were also a number of long straight sprint stages. The circuit tested not only the drivers driving skills, but also the motor performance of the motorcycle more comprehensively and fully.

According to the feedback of the drivers, Jinyuxing’s MR Motor provided a strong driving force in the initial stage. And the acceleration performance was not inferior to the same category of fuel motorcycles.On multiple turning sections, the MR motor provides high torque while balancing speed and stability during sharp turns. In the final sprint section, MR Motor also brought surging power, helping the competitors successfully break the limit to win the crown. 

What was more impressive to the players was that the vehicle equipped with Jinyuxing’s MR Motor was generally farther than other vehicles with the same configuration. It meant that the energy conversion efficiency of MR Motor was higher. In addition, the traditional motor would occur high temperature and overheating after high speed, which would not only increase energy consumption but also reduce the service life of the motor. But Jinyuxing’s MR Motor with excellent heat dissipation performance, from the beginning to the end, maintained a high-performance state perfectly, helping the players successfully completed several consecutive races.

In fact, Jinyuxing has long been a leader in mastering core technologies in the field of high-speed electric motorcycle and high-power motor.

Jinyuxing’s MR series of products are different from the conventional surface mounted hub motor. It boldly uses connection structure of steel sheet in the outer rotor , and the permanent magnets are internally installed in "V" type. Through a reasonable magnetic circuit design, it can achieve Lq/Ld>1 saliency ratio.

The motor with that structure has a certain proportion of reluctance torque, that is, electromagnetic torque= permanent-magnet torque+ reluctance torque. The inductance of the motor is much larger than the conventional surfaced mounted hub motor. This motor is suitable for acceleration by field weakening. While accelerating by field weakening in a certain range, the efficiency of the motor in the original speed range is almost not affected. Finally, the motor can maintain a low speed, and the high speed demand is realized by field weakening of the control scheme.  

Therefore, the MR Motor itself maintains the characteristics of the low-speed motor, and the high-speed field weakening efficiency is not lower than that of the conventional surface mounted hub motor.MR Motor takes the characteristics of "high speed and high efficiency+ low speed and large torque" into account. Under the premise that the battery power supply capacity and the controller current limit range are fully utilized, the MR Motor can realize the efficient weak magnetic acceleration of nearly 1.8~2 times the motors original speed. The torque can be increased by about 80%~100%, and the efficiency of each constant speed point can be increased by 12%-13%.

Therefore, it is not surprising that Jinyuxing’s motor can leave others in the dust in the high-speed electric motorcycle competition.
